Defective or Incorrect Items
Have you received a defective or incorrect item? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by submitting a return request or sending us an email.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- The product item number (if available)
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess your request together with our supplier. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
Free Returns
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return without any return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging
- If items are not returned in original condition and packaging, a 20% processing fee may be applied
- Returns must always be approved before being sent back
Important Notes
- As we work with external suppliers, returns must first be approved by us before you send anything back
- Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused and returned to the sender
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse after delivery
